The Water Bark, the most popular dog event in the North Bay, is happening every Saturday and Sunday through September (except Sept. 13) at the Spring Lake swimming lagoon. The event allows pups to have a blast romping and splashing after the fenced-in swimming lagoon closes to (human) swimmers for the season.
